Currently Owner and Director of Blue Barn Consulting Ltd, Paul provides advisory, consulting, and coaching services to leaders of growing technology businesses in SaaS and partner-centric markets. He was formerly Executive Marketing Director, EMEA, at global technology distributor Ingram Micro, where he was responsible for marketing strategy and operations. Prior to that he was CMO of technology distributor Westcon-Comstor and Divisional CMO at Atos Unify.

Andy Grant
Andy has over 20 years' experience as a B2B Marketing professional across multiple global technology vendors. Originally from Australia, he arrived in the UK in January 2000. Following eight years with Avaya focusing on Channel Marketing he then moved to Nortel. Nortel was then purchased by Avaya three years later. In January 2010, Andy set up Bowan Arrow, an independent B2B Marketing Consultancy. Andy worked with large technology companies including Brocade, ShoreTel, VMware and Symantec and facilitated GDPR training courses for B2B Marketing. Moving back to client side in 2018, he spent four years in field marketing roles at Mitel, two of which as the Vice President of Global Field Marketing. In January 2023, Andy joined Okta, the World's Identity Company as the Director of Demand Centre, EMEA. In July 2023, Andy was approached to join Digital Barriers, as SVP Marketing. Digital Barriers help their customers to unlock the full potential of real-time video.
