  • Reseller Technical Support & Engineering Team

    Who should enter? Technical Support/Engineering teams operating in a UK dealer/reseller/VAR or SI business.

    The judges will be looking for a consistent record of achievement (between March 1st, 2023, and March 1st, 2024) from a team that has provided customers with exemplary service, has gone the extra mile, when necessary, has explained complex problems in simple language, has educated end users respectfully, has worked calmly and effectively to deadline and has been dedicated to problem resolution.

    The judges will be looking for a consistent record of achievement (between March 1st, 2023 and March 1st, 2024) from a sales support team that takes on day-to-day activities that help free up sales teams. The judges will be especially interested to see how companies have maintained a healthy culture during the pandemic, with so many staff working remotely.

    This award will go the company that has conceived, managed and successful implemented its own customer or partner event (between March 1st, 2023 and March 1st, 2024) which has delivered measurable ROI and a quality pipeline of business.

  • Charity Champions

    Who should enter? Dealers, Resellers, VARs, Systems Integrators, Service Providers, Distributors, Vendors, Carriers operating in the UK ICT industry.

    The judges will be looking for a dynamic, creative and successful charity or fundraising campaign (run between March 1st, 2023 and March 1st, 2024) that has delivered demonstrable results in terms of monies raised for the partner charity, staff involvement and motivation and profile raising in the industry or local community.

  • Channel Team of the Year
